Believe it or not, your diet has a major role in what you smell like and how sluggish you feel throughout the day. Certain foods contain aromatic compounds that may literally change your scent. Red meat, spicy foods (like curry), asparagus, and cruciferous vegetables may all cause your body odor to change, so you may want to avoid them. On the other hand, consume more of the foods that make you smell good: yogurt, lemons, herbal teas, and celery have all been proven to decrease any bad odor emitted from your body.
